Class Registration

Class registration is taken on a first come first serve basis once new sessions are posted. Classes are generally limited to 12 students, but exceptions can be made for special circumstances and only with prior coordination. There are no waiting lists. Students may register at any point during a current session.

Class Fees

Class fees vary according to the length of a session, but typically, fees for an eight week session are $100 and four week sessions are $50. The fees includes all material costs. Payment may be made in full at the first class or in two payments of $50 due at the first and fifth classes. Fees may be prorated for students joining in the middle of a session. Fees will not be refunded for missed classes. Currently, I only accept payments in cash or checks.

Missed Classes / Make-up Classes

Please notify me as soon as you know that your student will miss a class. Make-up classes may be coordinated at my discretion and will only be held during weekly scheduled class times where space is available. Missed classes cannot be made up once that session has ended.

Parking

Parking is limited. There are only two parking spaces available for parent parking. Absolute Rentals’s is kind enough to allow parents to park in their three allotted spaces so long as you are willing to move your vehicle if asked. Anyone unwilling to move when requested will have their vehicle towed at their own expense. Failure to respect the other businesses in the complex may result in the disenrollment of your student with no refund.

Drop-off / Pick-up

Feel free to drop your student off at the beginning of class and pick them up at the end of class. There are many businesses, shops, and parks in the area to pass the time. It is important that you pick your student up when class ends. It is not okay to pick up your student more that 15 minutes late without prior coordination. You are also welcome to stay during the class to watch or help your student. We only ask that you be aware of the parking limitations and be available to move you vehicle if requested.

Contact Information

Your contact information is collected when you register your student. It is your responsibility to ensure that accurate information is provided. Your phone number and e-mail address will never be shared with any organization other than Adventures in Art, LLC. Please notify me if your student has any allergies or special medical needs that I need to be aware of.

Cancellations

Refunds will be negotiated on a case by case basis for cancellations in the first 4 weeks of a session. Cancellations during weeks 5 – 8 will not be refunded.
